A bit disappointed after describing and drawing a plan of exactly which way I want my concrete to slop only to find out 2 days later that it slops in a different direction and now have issues opening and closing my gate due to the height of the concrete.

Asked for a quote in September 2020. Dave made arrangement to contact me the following Wednesday. January 2021 and still have not heard back. Commented on their Facebook page about the lack of contact. Instead of apologising and rectifying, deleted my post. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional.
